Natural Wear and Tear Process
Over time, teak surfaces may experience colour change, dirt retention and fibre swelling due to the effects of sunlight (UV), salt, moisture and daily use. The use of unsuitable chemicals or incorrect pressure can accelerate this process.

The Cost of Neglect:
Teak that is not properly maintained can lead to premature replacement needs, structural deck issues, water leaks, a decrease in yacht value, safety hazards, and costly repairs.

First, we check the condition of the surface and the grout/caulking lines, and determine the order of application as needed. We then proceed with cleaning and rinsing suitable for the surface, and if necessary, controlled surface correction and protection steps. The goal is to provide a more balanced, well-maintained and safe surface for use while preserving the natural texture of the teak.
